What to include

• Your business name and MTE username.
• A short description of the problem and when it occurred.
• The visible error or message/template reference, if available.

Do not email passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, full financial records, or unnecessary customer message content.

Account and billing questions

Scarce Infotech Solutions handles MTE service questions. In the direct Tech Provider model, Meta handles WhatsApp usage charges and the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. Your MTE service agreement determines any MTE subscription and support charges.

Privacy and deletion

See our Privacy Policy and data-deletion instructions. If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using MTE, you can also ask that business to stop contacting you.
